Allurements

Iplaced a number of beings that are attractive to me in the Celtic knot. One way we may participate more deeply in life is to recognize what allures, fascinates and interests us. This allurement is itself an expression of our embeddedness and belonging to the earth as allurement is a quality of the larger whole which cosmologist Brian Swimme teaches works by attraction. A strong attraction that captivates us can determine the course of an individual’s life and can be a part of the determining our collective future. We may be attracted to the forest near us and enjoy spending time in it and we may be called to defend it. Spiritual experience is profoundly alluring.
