A New Tiffany Window

Achange in consciousness is urgent. This painting suggests one mode of changing consciousness. The beautiful side panels of this Tiffany window were made to frame a stained-glass image telling a part of the Christian story. One must ask in light of our new story and the experience of many mystics might not a forest, flowers, animals, a beautiful scene or group of “ordinary people” be placed in the window between the panels? It would invite us to know we are part of a sacred whole and to deeply value the natural world.
