Ongoing Creativity
The new story makes it very clear that we live integral to the earth and cosmos of astounding creativity. As beings integral to the earth story, we are invited to honor and to value our individual creativity in a personal mode of expression and as members of our community. This is a classic calling expressed in innumerable ways, as in music, art, care of others and social witness. Our creativity can powerfully insist that it be identified and expressed. It need not be something new but a faithful expression of our mode of creativity often in a seemingly ordinary way of life, Creativity can arise from the depth of our being sometimes in response to exciting insights, to beauty and to great need. The invitation to value our creativity and the importance of its expression congruent with the well-being of the earth and each other, could not be more important. Its careful, wise expression can be a central part of the creation of a viable future for the earth and all its beings.
